A pollutant adhesion prevention method on stainless steel pipe surface for LNGC/LPGC ship

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for preventing pollutants from being adhered to the surface of a stainless pipe is provided to reduce the length of the process and costs by coating the stainless pipe with strippable paints instead of a vinyl cover. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing pollutant from being adhered to the surface of a stainless pipe comprises the steps of: manufacturing the stainless pipes(ST100); pickling the stainless pipes(ST200); coating the surface of the stainless pipes with strippable paints(ST300); assembling the coated stainless pipes(ST400); coating the fixing parts and uncoated parts of the stainless pipes with the strippable paints(ST500); and removing the strippable paints from the stainless pipes(ST600).
