An inorganic electroluminescent device including an insulating layer, a method for preparing the same and an electronic device including the same are provided to remove a strong fringe field effect by including a thin insulating layer between an electron-injecting electrode and an electron transport layer. An inorganic eletroluminescent device with an insulating layer includes a hole injection electrode(20), a hole transport layer(30), a light emitting layer(40), an inorganic electron transport layer(50), and an electron-injecting electrode(60). The insulating layer is positioned between the electron-injecting electrode and the inorganic electron transport layer. The board, the hole injection electrode, the hole transport layer, a light emitting layer, an inorganic electron transport layer, the insulating layer, and an electron-injecting electrode are laminated in order. A material of the insulating layer is an inorganic dielectric material or organic dielectric material.
