MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF FABRIC, ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND SYNTHETIC LEATHER FOR INTERIOR MATERIAL OF AUTOMOBILE

Methods for manufacturing a fabric, artificial leather, and synthetic leather for automobile interior materials respectively are provided to express various colors and delicate patterns easily, by applying computer embroidery technique to the fabric for the automobile interior materials. A base fabric is prepared by using a fiber yarn(S110). A surface of the base fabric is cleaned by cutting, napping, and shearing, and the cleaned base fabric is processed so that width and density of the base fabric are controlled(S120). The processed base fabric is dyed, washed, and dried(S130). A pattern is formed on the dried base fabric by an embroidery thread, which is dyed with dyes only for automobiles, using a computer embroidery machine(S140). Further, the dyes for automobiles contain R1 which is a cyan group and R2 which is a hydrogen or an acetic acid group or an cyan group.
