If at least two or more conditions of the notified resting ticket information are selected from a terminal device of a customer, an information processing unit forms the selected information into a single package, and offers predetermined selling conditions. If the customer agrees to the selling conditions, ticket package goods selling unit sells the package goods to the customer.
