A performance information analysis system of a transmission network, a method thereof, a performance information collecting device, and a method thereof are provided to issue performance slips for transmission network device components whose intrinsic functions are deteriorated, by collecting and analyzing performance information of each transmission network device, thereby preventing large-scale errors generated from the transmission network. A performance information collector(230) collects performance information of a transmission network device(100). A performance information filtering unit(240) generates available performance data by filtering the collected performance information by prestored filtering information. A performance information analyzer(250) decides whether performance abnormality occurs, and extracts the first transmission network device in case of the performance abnormality. A performance slip issuing and processing unit(260) issues performance slips based on performance information of the extracted first device, and provides the slips to an operating station of the extracted first device. A managing unit(270) controls each of the units(230,240,250,260).
