A water power formative fountain is provided to achieve visual and dynamic beauty by rotating a spherical rotary body and rotating a ring shaped rotary disk in a direction parallel to the ground at the same time. A support recess(2b) supporting a spherical rotary body(3) is formed on a support portion(2a) that is formed to protrude to the upper side of the center of a body(2). An annular recess(2c) is formed on the lower side of the circumferential surface of the support body(2a) of the body. A ring shaped rotary disk is installed on the annular disk that is installed on the annular recess. A first water pressure path(2d) guiding the water pressure discharged from a pump(1) to the support recess is formed on the center of the body vertically. The second water pressure path(2e) communicates from the first water pressure path to the annular recess.
