A noise reduction propeller fan is provided to increase air blast volume and reduce noise because abnormal flow such as vortex flow and back flow is not generated. A noise reduction propeller fan includes a hub(10) and a plurality of blades(20). The hub is connected to a rotation shaft of a motor. The blades are formed at a circumference of the hub as a single body. A ratio of a hub diameter and a fan external diameter of the blade is set to 0.35~0.4. A ratio of a whole fan area and a wing area is set to 0.85±0.05. A rake base line of the blade inclines at a rake angle(a) of 20°~23° with respect to a rake base line of the blade horizontally formed at a circumference of a conventional hub. A front outer surface of section of the blade is flat, and a rear outer surface of section of the blade bends with a predetermined radius of curvature.
