A METHOD OF ANALYZING QUALITY TEST RESULT FOR A SHIP PRODUCTION

A method of establishing a system for a quality test result analysis of ship building is provided to deal with the following steps of setting up a process for establishing the level of the quality management strategy and goal, establishing a system for the standard structure and the outcome evaluation of quality management, setting up a process and a structure for self-inspection, breeding up engineers for managing grade and quality of the whole work process, systemizing documents for quality through information management, managing the documents, bringing up cooperative companies, establishing an evaluation system, and dealing with demands of a ship owner. A method of establishing a system for a quality test result analysis of ship building follows an acquisition/evaluation/report procedure of quality result. The procedure includes the following steps: a quality result assessment step in each item which assesses a quality result of each test part about inferiority over test performance; a line QC test reliability evaluation step which evaluates the submitted check and evaluation sheet which compares a line QC test result with an official test result and then analyzes the comparison; a test progress rate assessment step which assesses a progress rate for the progress status in comparison with a test plan; a company quality status assessment step which manages the quality status of materials, a block outside the company and a cooperator inside the company by acquiring and grading the quality status; a quality cost assessment step which assesses additionally demanded waste cost according to rework, additional resource input, comment and feedback; a bad welder assessment and notice step which monthly selects a bad welder, notifies him to the relevant team and deducts cost charged by work process; an evaluation and report step which evaluates and reports the acquired quality resu and an incentive or penalty step which grants an award or gives one a penalty according to the quality result evaluation.
