A service system for downloading brain waves to the Internet and a portable phone by using light and sound is provided to use the service by accessing a specific website through the Internet and downloading a service program through the portable phone. An alpha wave(11hz) of a binary bit type is a frequency for the brain of a man to synthesize a specific sound. A brain waves service is programmed so as for the liquid crystal of monitor of the portable phone to change colors 11 times per second when the alpha wave transmits sound 11 times per second. The monitor or the liquid crystal of the portable terminal is flickered together with the specific sound frequency, the brain waves of a binary bit type.
