MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM FOR PUSH-TO-TALK ON CELLULAR(POC) SERVICES AND COMMUNICATION METHOD THEREOF

A mobile communication system for a PoC(Push-to-talk On Cellular) service and a communication method thereof are provided to offer call details between other members to a mobile communication terminal which does not participate in a PoC call within the same group, thereby increasing a user's convenience. A right to speak for a PoC call is requested to a server from a mobile communication terminal(S210). The requested right to speak is allocated to the terminal from the server, and a call for initiating the PoC call is transmitted to mobile communication terminals within a corresponding group(S220). The server confirms whether a member who does not participate in the PoC call exists within the group(S230,S240). If so, the server stores PoC call details between members participating in the PoC call in a voice mailbox of the corresponding member(S260).
