A knockout structure for punching action and an embossing of a fine blanking mold are provided to improve accuracy of the product and to offer the product with a low cost by completely knocking out an embossed projection unit. A knockout structure for punching action and an embossing of a fine blanking mold comprises a projection unit, a knockout pin(9), a cylinder(11), a knockout lever(10), a punch holder(3), and an embossing punch(5). The knockout lever is installed at a lower part of the knockout pin contacted with the projection unit. The knock out lever is operated by the cylinder. The knockout lever is operated by ascending movement and descending movement of the punch holder. The knockout lever moves to downwards when the embossing punch is descending. The knockout lever moves upwards when the embossing punch is ascending to push up the lower part of the knockout pin so as to knockout the embossed product.
