A method for correcting brightness distortion and shape distortion of an X-ray image is provided to correct brightness and shape of an image distorted when obtaining the image using an X-ray tester of a DTS(Digital TomoSynthesis). Brightness distortion is corrected by modeling a ratio of a brightness value to the largest brightness value at a predetermined position in a three-dimensional polynomial expression. Shape distortion is corrected by obtaining meeting points of a distorted image through a lattice pattern disposed on a target cross-sectional plane, generating a mathematical function, which relates lattice points uniformly distributed before distortion to coordinates of respective meeting points of the distorted image, and using the function as a distorted model.
