An individual construction, maintenance and remodeling system for toilet arrangements of each individual apartment house is provided to cut down on the cost of materials and labor costs, to make process control easy and to shorten a period of construction by manufacturing arrangements in a factory and assembling simply in a job site. An individual construction, maintenance and remodeling system for toilet arrangements of each individual apartment house is used to arrange pipes in a toilet of each individual apartment house without sewerage and drainage pipe arrangement on the ceiling of the lower floor or buried pipe arrangement on a reinforced concrete wall structure of an apartment house, thereby not to do harm or give any inconvenience to the lower floor when remodeling a toilet by manufacturing an air duct(11) and a pipe duct(12) having an exhaust port(10a) for ventilating a toilet and an inspection hole(10c) for repair using SUS PL(stainless use steel plate) in a factory to be divided upward and downward by an assembly connection(10b) and assembling in a job site, arranging pipes on the inside of the lower part of a desk type washstand and installing a water supply tank of a wall type toilet bowl and a bathtub faucet on an upper plate, and attaching a low noise vertical drain sleeve and installing vertical pipes to the low noise vertical drain sleeve.
