A gate on voltage generation circuit, a gate off voltage generation circuit, and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device having the same are provided to reduce the size of device by implementing a gate on and off voltage generators using thin film transistors. A gate on voltage generation circuit includes first and second capacitors(C1,C2), and first, second, and third switching elements(TR1,TR2,TR3). The first capacitor charges a first control signal and a first reference voltage, and supplies a first charging voltage to a first output stage according to the first control signal. The second capacitor charges a second signal and the first reference voltage, and supplies a second charging voltage according to the second control signal. The first switching element, which is formed between the first capacitor and first output stage, outputs the first charging voltage to the first output stage. The second switching element supplies the first reference voltage to the first output stage by turning on the second charge voltage. The third switching element turns on the first switching element and turns off the second switching element by supplying the first reference voltage to the first and second switch elements.
