An injection gun for mesotherapy is provided to solve the problem of generation of heat when being used for a long time to reduce the time for a surgical operation by using the air pressure of an air cylinder. An injection gun for mesotherapy includes a gun body(10), a sol valve(13b), a controller(22), an air cylinder(12c), and a motor(16b). A syringe(11) is mounted on the gun body. The sol valve controls the air. The controller controls an actuator unit such as the air cylinder or the motor by receiving the operation signal of a trigger. The air cylinder is operated by receiving the air provided from the sol valve, and sticks a syringe needle into skin. The motor is controlled by the controller to be operated and pressurizes a syringe plunger to enable injection of medicine into the skin.
