An organic/inorganic composite coating composition is provided to obtain a coating agent for protecting equipment applied under extremely corrosive conditions, and to realize excellent coating adhesion, heat resistance, cold impact, acid resistance, wear resistance and anti-corrosive property. An organic/inorganic composite coating composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of fluoro-rubber; 5-50 parts by weight of a fluoro-resin; 5-30 parts by weight of a hydroxide compound; 20-150 parts by weight of inorganic fillers formed of a mixture of a plate-like material with a non-plate-like material; 0.5-5 parts by weight of a curing agent; and 0.1-3 parts by weight of a curing accelerator. The coating composition further comprises 100-600 parts by weight of an organic solvent and 1-10 parts by weight of additives based on 100 parts by weight of the fluoro-rubber.
