NOVEL PSEUDOMONAS SP. G314 PRODUCING BIOSURFACTANT

A novel Pseudomonas sp. G314 strain is provided to grow excellently at a wide temperature ranging of 15-30 deg.C under pH of 5.0-9.0, have the resistance against various heavy metals, exist under the NaCl concentration of up to 3% and produce a biosurfactant. And a bio-surfactant isolated from the same strain is provided to show the lowest surface tension of 25 dyne/cm and the maximum emulsification activity in an olive oil and have the CMC value of 20mg/L. A Pseudomonas sp. G314 strain producing a biosurfactant and having the oil decomposing capability is deposited as a deposition no. KACC 91263P. A biosurfactant is produced by the Pseudomonas sp. G314 strain. A composition for washing and cleaning comprises the biosurfactant as an effective ingredient.
