Decontamination apparatus and method of biological and chemical warfare agents(BCW) by low temperature argon plasma-jet at atmospheric pressure are provided to increase the material removing effects of the biological and chemical warfare agents by using argon gas. A decontamination apparatus of biological and chemical warfare agents(BCW) by low temperature argon plasma-jet at atmospheric pressure includes a matching network(20), an electric condenser type reactor(40), an eddy gas supply portion(30) and a flame discharge portion(50). The electric condenser type reactor produces plasma by using power transmitted from a power supply portion(10) and eddy gas injected from the outside. Luminol having strong reactivity is generated inside the reactor, and the flame is discharged by the flame discharge portion.
