A lens barrel of a camera module is provided to accelerate an assembly process of a retainer on a barrel by fusing the retainer on the barrel using an ultrasonic wave. A lens barrel of a camera module includes a barrel and a retainer(120). A lens holding step is formed on an inner periphery of a lower portion of the barrel. A lens is held on the lens holding step. At least one lens is arranged on the barrel. The retainer includes a contact portion, which is contacted with an uppermost lens, which is arranged inside the barrel. The retainer is inserted to an upper portion of the barrel for an outer periphery and a lower inner periphery of the barrel to be fused to each other using an ultrasonic wave. A iris diaphragm(115) is arranged between adjacent lenses. A spacer(114) maintains a constant spacing between the adjacent lenses.
