An indoor hydrant utilizing the control valve is provided to form a disk opening and closing a valve sheet and an ascending/descending device integrally to improve productivity. A control valve for an indoor hydrant outlet sends fire extinguishing water by opening and closing a valve sheet and includes a disk(230), an ascending/descending device(210) in the shape of a pipe, a female screw portion(213) and a packing(250). The disk opens and closes the valve sheet(115). The disk is integrally formed on the ascending/descending device. The lower surface of the ascending/descending device is closed. The female screw portion is formed on the inner circumference of the ascending/descending device. The packing is installed on the lower surface of the disk.
