A livestock wastewater digesting system is provided to improve removal efficiency of organic matters by separating an anaerobic reactor into two phases, and maximize the generation amount of methane gas by intermittently injecting anaerobic archaea, and a livestock wastewater digesting method using the same is provided to enhance the recovery ratio of methane from high concentration livestock wastewater and digest the high concentration livestock wastewater. A high concentration livestock wastewater digesting system(100) comprises: a single UASB(upflow anaerobic sludge blanket) reactor separated into two phases of a hydrolysis/acidogenic fermenter(200) and a methanogenic UASB(300); a nitrification filter(400) into which effluent is flown from the methanogenic UASB, and which performs nitrification of the effluent; a denitrification filter(500) which denitrifies effluent from the nitrification filter; and a stripping and aerated filter(600) for stripping effluent from the denitrification filter. The nitrification filter and the denitrification filter are filled up with a plastic filter media. The methanogenic UASB has an archaea injector(350), and the high concentration livestock wastewater digesting system further comprises a reservoir(250) installed between the hydrolysis/acidogenic fermenter and the methanogenic UASB.
