A QHA(Quadrifilar Helix Antenna) feeder using a Wilkinson power divider with a 90 degree shifted phase is provided to minimize a phase error of an orthogonal signal due to a frequency by compensating for an output phase characteristic of the Wilkinson power divider by adding a 1/4 lambda short stub. A QHA feeder using a Wilkinson power divider with a 90 degree shifted phase includes an input port(1), a first output port(2), a second output port(3), a lambda/2 transmission line(6), and a third output port(4). The input port is applied with a signal. The first output port outputs a signal with a 0 degree shifted phase when the signal of the input port is applied. The second output port outputs a signal with a 90 degree shifted phase by a lambda/4 transmission line when the signal is applied to the input port. The lambda/2 transmission line is connected to the first output port and the second output port. The third output port outputs a signal with a 180 degree shifted phase by the lambda/2 transmission line when the signal is applied to the input port. The second output port further outputs a signal with a 270 degree shifted phase by the lambda/2 transmission line when the signal is applied to the input port.
