A QHA feeder using a Wilkinson power divider with a 90 degree shifted phase includes an input port(1), a first output port(2), a second output port(3), a lambda/2 transmission line(6), and a third output port(4). The input port is applied with a signal. The first output port outputs a signal with a 0 degree shifted phase when the signal of the input port is applied.
