A method and a system for authenticating e-learning are provided to authenticate a learner attending each test/lecture of the e-learning by registering a bio-ID such as a fingerprint, an iris, and a vein image of the learner, and monitoring/recording command signals included in contents, which output a signal requesting the learner to input the bio-ID, and response signals of the learner. An e-learning database(302) forms a lecture/lecturer pool and on-demand type lecture contents including a command signal for making a learner input a bio-ID by each learning stage. A test database(303) comprises a plurality of test problem pools and on-demand type test contents including the command signal for making the learner input the bio-ID by each test stage. An Internet communication tool such as a blog or a homepage provides cyber space for communication between a lecturer terminal and a learner terminal by each lecture code, and supports the lecture by using a Q/A(Question/Answer) bulletin board. A host computer(301) monitors the bio-ID received from the learner by the command signal included in each lecture or test stage, and authenticates the learner by comparing the received bio-ID with the registered bio-ID.
