For including a user interface (200), an ontology loader (300) and a mapping unit (100) from a multi-functional annotation system of Resource Access knowledge. User interface estimates resource and resource is enable to be edited. Ontology loader loads and extracts an ontology. Ontology has the mapping unit map details specification of study module. Resource can be web pages, file or the multimedia in a local or remote place. Mapping unit includes a set of study module, an autochart unit and a manually mapping unit. Study module is suitably designed, for extracting specific detail knowledge. Autochart unit automatically connectionist learning module to an ontological class appropriate or attribute. Manually mapping unit manually editor's connection between study module and ontology.
