A REINFORCED SUPPORTING STRUCTURE FOR WALLS OF LARGE SIZE WATER TANK AND A METHOD OF REINFORCING THE SAME

A structure of a reinforcement support for a wall of a large-sized water tank and a reinforcement method of a reinforcement support for a wall of a large-sized water tank are provided to maintain the strength of an H-beam panel as it is and to reinforce a column by forming a column with an H-beam panel in its entirety, to maintain the strength of an H-beam panel or a rectangular hollow panel as it is by forming a horizontal reinforcement support with an H-beam panel or a rectangular hollow panel in its entirety, to couple a column and a horizontal reinforcement support strongly by welding to one united part of a column and a horizontal reinforcement support through a space, and to maintain the original strength of an H-beam panel and a rectangular hollow panel by minimizing welding parts. A reinforcement method of a reinforcement support for a wall of a large-sized water tank comprises the steps of: preparing an H-beam panel for a column and an H-beam panel for a horizontal reinforcement support or a hollow rectangular panel by calculating the water pressure of a water tank; forming insertion grooves on two ends of the H-beam panel for a horizontal reinforcement support or the rectangular hollow panel; preparing a support member(15) having a hollow inside; installing plural columns(12) at an interval of the length of a space(18) to a wall of a water tank in the I-shape by positioning a first wall(16) forward and a second wall(17) backward; placing the support member between the column and the column and supporting the columns; inserting and fitting an insertion plane of an inner flange of the first wall and an insertion groove of a horizontal reinforcement support into a space remaining after placing the support member between the column and the column; coupling the column and the horizontal reinforcement support strongly by welding the fitted part; perforating one side of the column; and inserting a turnbuckle to the perforated hole and fastening with a bolt.
