A device and a method for overlapping computer graphic and a real thing for a standardized haircut are provided to overlap the computer graphic and a current shape of a customer in a monitor at the same time by performing computer graphic work according to a face shape of the customer and transmitting computer graphic data to the monitor when the customer selects a desired hairstyle. A first reflector(31) reflects a current hair state of the customer in a haircut room. A hairstyle display monitor(32) displays a desired hairstyle of the customer. A hairstyle reflection device includes a second reflector(41) reflecting a front side of the customer and a third reflector(42) enabling a hair dresser to view a reflect shape of the customer. An opaque thin film is formed to one side of the third reflector. An image displayed in the hairstyle display monitor is displayed to the opaque thin film by overlapping on the image reflected from the second reflector.
