THE METHOD FOR BREEDING A FOWL USING MOUNTAIN BERRIES

A method of raising poultry by feeding Rubus root and Rubus fruit as a main ingredient along with Epimedium leaf and Citrus peel to poultry is provided to produce quality eggs which have reduced characteristic smell, reduced content of cholesterol, increased content of minerals and thick egg shells. Rubus leaf, Rubus root and Rubus fruit are dried to a moisture content of less than 10% and ground to 20 to 50 micrometers. Epimedium leaf is dried to a moisture content of less than 10% and ground to 20 to 50 micrometers. Citrus peel is dried to a moisture content of less than 5% and ground to 10 to 20 micrometers. The Rubus powder, Epimedium leaf powder and Citrus peel powder are mixed in a mass ratio of 70:25:5 to give a mixed feed additive. Common feed additive for poultry is mixed with the mixed feed additive in a weight ratio of 98:2 to 95:5. The obtained mixed feed is fed to poultry for 10 to 40 days.
