A method and a system for processing management expenses of an apartment, and a bill thereof are provided to enable a management office to bill and collect management expenses of each apartment easily while maximally reducing expenses needed for constructs the system for reducing burden of each apartment and the management office. Management expenses of each apartment is calculated by discriminating each apartment based on an apartment ID code database when total expense of each apartment management item and meters of each apartment are inputted to a management expense reception server from a management office terminal. A management expense collection server forms a collection result by comparing the calculated management expenses of each apartment with reception details obtained from a message received from a bank server. A bank completes collection notification transferred to a management office by enabling the management office server to check the management expense collection result.
