A preparation method of a health-supplementary food containing the powder of cultured wild-ginseng root is provided to enhance a tonic effect by adding mulberry leaves, pollen, etc. to the cultured wild-ginseng root, to inhibit the activity of intestinal saprogenic bacteria and adsorb intestinal harmful substances by using Bacillus subtilis, and to obtain a thrombolytic effect by Nattokinase that Bacillus subtilis produces. A preparation method of a health-supplementary food containing the powder of cultured wild-ginseng root comprises the steps of: (i) mixing 40~60wt% of the powder of cultured wild-ginseng root, 8~12wt% of Gastrodia elata, 6~8wt% of a germinated brown rice extract, 6~8wt% of an Atractylodes macrocephala Koidzumi extract, 5~8wt% of mulberry leaf powder, 6~8wt% of roasted garlic powder, 5~7wt% of pollen, 2~5wt% of a Curcuma longa Linn extract, and 2~5wt% of wild honey, to obtain a mixture; (ii) adding 1~3wt% of the concentrate powder of an extract of cultured Bacillus subtilis to 97~99wt% of the mixture, and forming it into pills; and (iii) plating the pills with thin pure gold foil.
