METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A GOOD QUALITY OF ORGANIC FERTILIZER USING FECES AS A MAIN RAW MATERIAL

A method for producing a high-quality organic fertilizer by using feces as a main ingredient is provided to allow uniform and complete fertilization of mixed feces while destroying pathogens and parasite eggs. A method for producing a high-quality organic fertilizer by using feces as a main ingredient comprises the steps of: 55% of feces having a water content of 95%, 30% of briquette ash. 7% of clam shell powder and 8% of rice bran powder and saw dust to manufacture a mixture having a water content of 55%; introducing the mixture into a fertilization tank while spraying 200 g of a fertilization accelerator per ton of the mixture; carrying out fertilization while feeding oxygen in a constant rate of 0.39-1.27 m^2/ton min and maintaining an internal temperature of 55 deg.C for 7 days; and aging the fertilized product for 3 days by spraying 0.2 l of sodium hypophosphite per tone of the fertilized product while agitating the fertilized product again in a stabilization tank.
