A terminal equipment having a mutual API(Application Program Interface) invocation function in a platform library, a method for creating DSL modules, and a mutual API paging method are provided to remarkably improve the dynamic linking characteristic of a platform by judging the existence of an API, which will be actually executed, through the stub block of each DSL module, swiftly obtaining the address of the API, and immediately linking to the location of the obtained address. A terminal equipment(1) having a mutual API invocation function in a platform library comprises the first storage medium, the second storage medium, and a main control part. The first storage medium classifies platform functions, located in an RO(Read Only) region, according to functions, forms DSL modules, and installs stub blocks in the DSL module respectively. In the case of loading a platform stored in the first storage medium, the second storage medium loads and stores execution data together with an associated DSL module. In the case of invoking an API with a function symbol based on program execution, the second storage medium links to the location of the API, obtained through the stub block of a DSL module, and invokes the API. In the case of invoking another API in a DSL module which is loaded to the second storage medium, the main control part finds out the address of the API using an associated function symbol in the stub block of the DSL module, links to the API location of the DSL module, and performs invocation processing.
