TRACING SYSTEM FOR MANAGEMENT OF DIGITAL RIGHTS

A watermark tracing system for managing digital rights is provided to improve an infringement hitting ratio for digital writings by searching and tracing a watermark for a predetermined website through 2-step search using a search robot. A first database(130) stores user connection data including a referrer URI(Uniform Resource Identifier) for a predetermined website(120) through a search robot(110). A second database(140) collects/stores digital right information by using predetermined website information and the referrer URI for the website information through the search robot. The search robot stores a watermark check result for the digital right of the website to the first and second databases. The user connection data includes counter log information of each website, current and previous site information, visiting time information and connection time information.
