An apparatus for analyzing a micro pressure wave at a tunnel exit, a method thereof, and a computer readable medium for recording a program for performing the same are provided to consider freely existence or nonexistence of a tunnel outlet and to perform analysis while considering both the rectangular coordinate system and the non-rectangular coordinate system. An apparatus for analyzing a micro pressure wave at a tunnel exit includes a user inputting unit(10), a UI(User Interface) generating unit(20), a lattice generating unit(30), and a numerical analysis unit(40). The user inputting unit enables a user to input a control command or data and to select various functions. The UI generating unit generates a UI window for inputting the control command or data related to a shape condition or an analysis condition. The lattice generating unit forms a lattice system on the basis of a tunnel forming condition like existence or non-existence of the outlet, position coordinate values of important nodal points of the tunnel shape or the number of lattices. The numerical analysis unit calculates the micro pressure and the numerical value of the lattice system related to the tunnel shape generated according to analysis conditions like a friction force, a governing equation, a temporal interval and others inputted via the user inputting unit.
