A blue phosphor for an organic electroluminescence device is provided to realize improved blue light emitting efficiency and property, and to impart high efficiency, low driving voltage, high luminance and improved lifespan to an organic electroluminescence device. A blue phosphor is represented by the following formula 1, wherein Ar linked to quinoline represents an aromatic ring; R1 is H, a C1-C20 alkyl, C1-C20 alkoxy, cyanide, nitro, halogen or carbazole; and R2 is H, a C1-C20 alkyl or C1-C20 alkoxy. Ar in formula 1 is preferably selected from the group consisting of phenyl, ethylphenyl, ethylbiphenyl, dichlorophenyl, dicyanophenyl, naphthalene, carbazole and fluorenyl.
