METHOD FOR A RETRANSMISSION USING A LOW DENSITY PARITY CHECK CODE

A retransmission method using an LDPC(Low Density Parity Check) code is provided to satisfy dense characteristics by using a split method for splitting a column in a high code rate. A retransmission method using an LDPC includes a first encoding process, a parity bit transmission process, and a part transmission process. The first encoding process is performed to encode transmission data to be transmitted to a receiving terminal by using a parity check matrix formed with a plurality of rows split from one row. The parity bit transmission process is performed to transmit party bits selected from the parity bits generated through the first encoding process, and the parity bit. The part transmission process is performed to transmit a part of the residual parity bits except for the selected parity bits when a NACK signal is received from the receiving terminal.
