A method for detecting run-out conditions of a brake disk is provided to prevent an accident from occurring by notifying a driver of an exchange time of a brake disk at a proper time. A method for detecting run-out conditions of a brake disk comprises a step of measuring variation in pressure of a wheel cylinder by blocking a fluid path of the wheel cylinder and determining if the variation exceeds a predetermined limited value(S101). If the variation exceeds the predetermined limited value, an abrasion rate corresponding to an excess is selected(S102). A warm message is transmitted to a driver or a vehicle speed is limited according to a selection result in step 102(S103). If the variation does not exceed the predetermined limited value, it is determined if speed information of wheels coincides with the variation in the pressure of the wheel cylinder by a certain degree(S104).
