A multi-layer floating floor structure having a visco-elastic deck covering is provided to block impact from outside and vibration effectively by forming a visco-elastic layer on a steel deck. A multi-layer floating floor structure having a visco-elastic deck covering comprises a steel deck(1), a mineral wool(2), a steel plate(3), and a deck covering(7). The steel deck is a floor of a cabin. The deck covering, which is formed on the steel deck, functions as a constrained damping layer. The mineral wool, which is installed on the deck covering, functions as a spring of a high reduction distribution dynamic vibration reducer. The steel plate is installed on the mineral wool as a finishing material. A visco-elastic layer(6) is disposed between the steel deck and the deck covering to block external impact and vibration.
