A 3-phase asymmetric inverter circuit for an asymmetric PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) method is provided to improve power efficiency by positioning a switching element with high saturation voltage and switching speed at a high side and positioning a switching element with low saturation voltage and switching speed at a low-side. A 3-phase asymmetric inverter circuit includes a high side and a low side. The high side includes high voltage integration circuits(310U,310V,310W) and switching elements(321-323). The high voltage integration circuits output asymmetric PWM control signals to drive a 3-phase load. The switching elements generate 3-phase output signals according to the control signals of the high voltage integration circuits. The low side includes a low voltage integration circuit(310L) and switching elements(324-326). The low voltage integration circuit outputs an asymmetric PWM control signal to drive the 3-phase load. The switching elements generate 3-phase output signals according to the control signal of the low voltage integration circuit. The switching elements of the high and low sides have different power loss characteristic from each other.
