A kind of service of mobile terminal base u-PG (ubiquitous payment gateway) is provided in transaction between counterparty by a wired/wireless medium by using billing registration information and safely and easily uses a general means of payment, such as a credit card, the account transfer of interbank, a virtual account, various prepayment/deferred payment card, and point, store the inner/outer to a mobile terminal. One payment button is generated/registers, and sells primary server and a buyer terminal to one by installing server and client side's plug-in unit respectively, a payment checks and approves request and is destined to buyer's mobile terminal by a readjustment message. One individual or comprehensive u-PG VM (virtual machine), which is mounted, is used for the connection with buyer's billing registration information according to buyer's mobile terminal of a mode, it stores the inner/outer to mobile terminal, after buyer is registered to u-PG services by SMS verifyings.
