A construction method of a PSC bridge assembled with precast concrete segments having a steel duct and a steel pipe is provided to prevent a rise in construction expenses by installing shear connectors to a pier foundation and a segment using a partially short steel duct and installing connecting sockets to a segment and a coping part using a partially short steel duct, to connect a segment and a pier foundation easily, to prevent shear failure of a joint, and to improve constructability by inserting a steel pipe for supporting a steel wire between a steel wire and a sheath pipe and keeping a steel wire upright by a steel pipe for supporting a steel wire. A construction method of a PSC bridge assembled with precast concrete segments having a steel duct and a steel pipe comprises the steps of: constructing a pier foundation(110) on the surface of the earth to make plural sheath pipes for foundation, steel wires extended as much as the length of a pier and inserted to the sheath pipes for foundation, and plural shear connectors for shear connection penetrated with the steel wires to be projected to the top; inserting a steel pipe for supporting a steel wire between the sheath pipe for foundation and the steel wire inserted to the pier foundation; piling the pre-manufactured segment(120) on the top of the pier foundation, putting a rubber pad for balance on a retreated groove for a segment of the pier foundation and coupling a connecting socket of the segment with the shear connector of the pier foundation; piling the pre-manufactured segment on the top of the segment piled on the pier foundation in order to the planned height, and coupling a connecting socket with a shear connector; placing a coping part(130) on the top of the uppermost segment or piling the precast product on the top of the uppermost segment, and coupling a shear connector with a connecting socket; and pulling out the steel pipe for supporting a steel wire, and tensing and anchoring the steel wire.
