SEJONG WORLD HANGUL ALPHABET INSCRIPTION DEVICE

摘要

A method for writing foreign languages in Korean, an input/output device for all electronic devices, and the method for writing the foreign languages with the same are provided to write the foreign languages in Korean by using phonetic values of the foreign language. A method writes various kinds of foreign languages, such as English, Spanish, Chinese, and Russian, by using Korean consonants and vowels newly defined according to phonetic values of each foreign language. The consonants include a normal, strong, and double throat sounds. The vowels are defined by a phonetic value and an inscription value with a change of a ratio among a shape of a mouse, a space in the mouse, and a position of a tongue.
