A visual light stimulating device for improving brain function is provided to improve the coherence and the synchronization of the function of a user's brain for combining the information. A visual light stimulating device for improving brain function includes a base(10) in the shape of a plate, plural radiating portions(20), a power portion, a control portion, mode switches(35,36) and a power switch(34). The radiating portions are installed on the base, and are disposed around user's eyes. The control portion sets up plural eye stimulating modes to control selectively the power supply of the power portion that is supplied to the plural radiating portions. The mode switch is used to select one of the plural eye stimulating modes set up on the control portion. The power switch turns on and off the power supply of the power portion.
