A kind of system reliably bids price by comparing at offer one to a user setting for automatically estimating an optimal bid price with a neural network method and analyzes the present bidding with neural network method as a result, estimating to be automatically based upon a parsing result optimal bid price. One neural network receives the training of guided learning (210) and English Autonomic Learning (220). Discrimination/feasibility study, first result calculate, accurate investigation, the second result calculates, database comparison/analysis and closing bid estimate it is to be executed by reception first bid price quotations from a user (230). Closing bid and recommended bidding price are provided to a user, by comparing and analyze the data for being applied to closing bid estimation and the existing tender price database in training neural network (250).
