A construction method of a steel fiber reinforced retaining wall is provided to improve economical efficiency by performing installation work in a short period of time, and to maintain solidity and safety and to prevent the differential subsidence and plastic deformation of the foundation ground by collecting water using a downstream water discharge pipe, a downstream water collection perforated pipe and inner, outer drain filters and draining off smoothly. A construction method of a steel fiber reinforced retaining wall comprises the steps of: forming a foundation compaction layer(3) by forming a foundation setting portion(2) on the lower part of a cut slope(1) and injecting continuous steel fiber and sand in the foundation setting portion and compacting; spreading a downstream water collection perforated pipe(5) with downstream water discharge pipes(4) on the upper part of the foundation compaction layer to be located right below the cut slope; installing a foundation drain structure by installing a cutting water inflow drain member including a cutting water perforated drainpipe(8) by inner, outer drain filters(6,7) on the upper part of the downstream water collection perforated pipe to be adhered and supported to the cut slope, folding the top of the inner, outer drain filters forming the cutting water inflow drain member toward the inside of the top of the cut slope and fixing with a setting pin(15), and covering and fixing the downstream water collection perforated pipe with the top of the inner, outer drain filters; installing a steel fiber reinforced retaining wall compaction layer(11) by mixing 0.15~0.25 weight percent continuous steel fiber and 99.85~99.75 weight percent sand with extrusion injection on the cut slope; and forming a steel fiber reinforced retaining wall(14) by covering the front of the steel fiber reinforced retaining wall compaction layer with a PVC coating steel wire, forming a fertilizer mixing type vegetation layer(13) with fertilizer mixing type vegetative soil and covering with a PVC coating steel wire.
