THE COSMETIC COMPOSITION AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD INCLUDING FLOWER PETAL

A cosmetic composition comprising petals is provided to show skin beauty effect of moisturizing, whitening, and anti-wrinkling due to the petals and beauty ingredients eluted therefrom and provide visual satisfaction by maintaining a shape of petals as it is in the cosmetic. A cosmetic composition comprises softened and decolored petals, ingredients eluted therefrom, a solvent for softening and decoloring, a polyacrylic based polymer and a polyol. A method for preparing the cosmetic composition comprises the steps of: (a) extracting dried petals with a solution where a ratio of ethanol and water is 1:2-2:1 at room temperature for 12-48 hours to prepare a solution including the petals; and (b) mixing the solution with a base solution. Further, the decolored petals are selected from rose, chrysanthemum and marigold.
