A system for generating micro-bubbles in an ion water current and a method for generating micro-bubbles in an ion water current using the same are provided to purify contaminated water efficiently while floating the micro-bubbles together with contaminants to the surface of water by electrolyzing water, producing pressurized ion water, and spraying the pressurized ion water into water in an atmospheric pressure state, thereby generating micro-bubbles in an ion water current. A system for generating micro-bubbles in an ion water current comprises: a sucking and stirring unit(200) for naturally sucking a predetermined amount of contaminated water into the system by a negative pressure generated by high speed rotation of rotary vanes; a magnetic resonance unit(300) for activating water molecules through emission wavelength of a far-infrared lamp to electrolyze the water molecules by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis and resonance phenomenon and produce electrolyzed water in which predetermined voids are formed between the water molecules; a fine air injecting and stirring unit(400) for splitting air finely to stir the split fine air while injecting the split air into the electrolyzed water; a magnetic channel converting unit(500) for repeatedly performing production of bubbles and destruction of the bubbles by changing a channel from a circular motion to a high speed straight motion and changing the cross-sectional area of the channel to produce efficiently pressurized ion water into which air is dissolved and allow the pressurized ion water to contain high energy through the acceleration of particles; a discharge unit(600) for spraying the size-reduced bubbles together with the ion water into water after causing a shearing phenomenon of water to occur in the pressurized ion water by different flow rates, thereby further reducing the size of the bubbles; and a floating unit(700) for fixing the system in water to position the system in water.
