A cylinder filter mesh is provided to make it not necessary to perform an additional spot welding process by automatically press-forming a workpiece into the cylindrical form and pressing portions that are curled up and overlapped with each other in a cylindrical shape such that the portions are bonded to each other in the cylindrical shape, and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the cylinder filter mesh are provided. An apparatus for manufacturing a cylinder filter mesh comprises an upper holder(201), a punch backing(202), a punch holder(203), a stripper backing(204), a stripper(205), a lower holder(206), a die backing(207), and a die(208), wherein the apparatus further comprises: a stopper(210) for stopping a mesh member supplied to an upper part of the die; a curling die(220) fixed to a top part of the backing die and placed on the die; a curling core unit part(230) installed such that the curling core unit part is vertically movable to the predetermined position of the die to curl up the mesh member into a cylindrical shape by guiding the mesh member together with the curling die; a stripper pad(240) elastically installed on the stripper to prevent the mesh member from moving while the stripper descends by pressurizing a mesh member supplied to the die; a first curling punch(250) elastically installed on the punch holder to cut the mesh member supplied to the die and form the cut one portion of the mesh member; and a second curling punch(260) elastically installed on the punch holder to curl the other portion of the mesh member supplied to the die into a circular shape and form the curled other portion of the mesh member such that the other portion of the mesh member is overlapped with the one portion of the mesh member to a predetermined length.
