For sensing a device of PARK states and being arranged to enable user's identification parking available position including an identical parking management system, pass through parking stall automatically empty or occupied to user service one. A device for sensing PARK states includes a detection unit (110) and a transmitting device (120). Empty or occupied parking stall of the detection unit detection based on a time interval. Transmitting device transmits information related with empty or occupied parking stall. Detection unit includes detection range adjustment device (130), is used to adjust a detection range of detection unit.
