SUPPLY APPARATUS OF AN EMERGENCY POWER SOURCE

An emergency power supply apparatus is provided to supply or cut off commercial or emergency power through low voltage control and a simple circuit. A first phase detector(100) detects a phase of commercial power. A second phase detector(200) detects a phase of emergency power. A phase comparator(300) outputs a signal by comparing the detected phases of the commercial power and the emergency power. A power failure recognizing unit(400) outputs a power failure signal in a power failure according to power supplied from the commercial or emergency power. A switching condition determining unit(500) determines switching of the commercial or emergency power according to the power failure signal outputted from the power failure recognizing unit and the signal outputted from the phase comparator. An SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier) driving unit(600) controls only one of the commercial power and the emergency power according to a signal outputted from the switching condition determining unit.
