A system for testing a head collision portion and angle of a dashboard is provided to test the portion and angle of a head collision to the dash board accurately in a lab by using a dashboard structure. A system for testing a head collision portion and angle of a dashboard includes a head impact unit(1), a frame(20), a housing(40), and a second head model(50). The head impact unit includes a rectangular frame(2), a first head model(3), and a control panel(4). The first head model is installed on the front of the rectangular frame. The control panel is installed in the middle portion of the rectangular frame and controls the angle of the rectangular frame. The housing includes a hinge rotary unit(30) and a measurement rod(45). The frame is adhered on the rectangular frame. The hinge rotary unit is rotatably installed on an end of the frame. The measurement rod operates up and down on the hinge rotary unit. The second head model is fixed on an end of the measurement rod.
